18650 lithium battery can not charge the solution

Analysis of the reason why 18650 lithium batteries cannot be charged


1. The contact of the battery electrodes is dirty, and the contact resistance is too large, resulting in an excessive voltage drop. When charging, the host is considered to be full and stop charging;

2. The internal charging circuit is faulty and cannot be charged normally.

18650 lithium battery repair principle


Repair principle 1: The metal surface of the lithium battery will be oxidized to a certain extent after long-term use, resulting in poor contact between the mobile phone battery and the mobile phone, and the lithium battery will be used for a short time. Repair principle 2: The low temperature can change the electrolyte of the lithium battery and promote the chemical reaction of the freshly frozen battery. The use of lithium batteries is actually a charging and discharging process. During this time, the negative and positive charges in the battery collide with each other. The reason batteries are becoming less practical is that at normal room temperature, the internal energy of the electrons is relatively large, so the battery is active and leaks relatively frequently. When the lithium battery is placed in a low temperature environment, the microstructure of the lithium film and the electrolyte on the surface of the lithium battery and the interface between the lithium battery and the lithium battery are significantly changed, making the interior of the battery inactive and reducing the leakage current. So after charging, the standby time of the phone will increase.


The cycle life of lithium batteries is about 600 times. If charged for many times, the thermal motion of the molecules will gradually destroy the arrangement and structure inside the molecules, and the efficiency of storing charges will gradually decrease. The process of "freezing" can easily destroy the original internal structure of the battery, and the charging capacity may be improved in a short time, but it may not be effective for long-term use. Repair Principle 3: The deep discharge of a mobile phone is to achieve a deeper recharge by draining the internal power, which requires some unconventional methods. Find a way to connect your phone to a small 1.5 volt light bulb. The electricity inside the lithium battery will be transferred to the small light bulbs until all the lights are on. “Phones need to drain slowly through lower voltages. Typically, if the phone is connected to less than 3.6 volts, the phone will automatically shut down. “Recharge, and the battery can last longer.

1. After the battery is completely used, remove the battery and use the temperature for processing. When the temperature is unstable, the battery can greatly shorten the use time. Because the battery has no electricity, a large part of the lithium ion has memory, so it can be used in winter. The memory power is released outside for a while and then back into the house.

2. Another method is to remove the battery and put it aside for about a week, so that the power consumption will be very slow. It needs to be completely consumed by the machine first. Then make full use of it, it is estimated that your current charging time must be very short, after it is full, it will be cut off and repeated several times, which is absolutely effective.
